      : Free Shipping all over India on above 2000/-

    2. What is the estimated delivery time?
      : We ship out all the orders within 7days of placing the order.

    3. Are there any hidden costs on JaipurWala?
      :There are NO hidden charges when you make a purchase on JaipurWala.

    4. Why is the COD option not offered in my location?

      :Availability of COD depends on the ability of our courier partner servicing  your location to accept cash as payment at the time of delivery.
      Our courier partners have limits on the cash amount payable on delivery  depending on the destination and your order value might have exceeded this limit.

    5. 'Out of Stock' : Currently, the item is not available for sale.

      : 'add to wish-list' feature to know once it is available for purchase.

    6. JaipurWala offers you multiple payment methods.

      :Whatever your online mode of payment, you can rest assured that JaipurWala's trusted payment gateway partners use secure encryption technology to keep your transaction details confidential at all the times.

      You may use Internet Banking, Online Payment Wallets & COD to make your purchase.

    • Cancellations and Returns :-

    1. If I request for a replacement, when will I get it?

      In most locations, the replacement item is delivered to you at the time of pick-up. In all other areas,the replacement is initiated after the originally delivered item is picked up.
      Please check the SMS & email we send you for your replacement request for more details.

    2. Which products are not eligible for returns?

      All Skin Care,Beauty Care and Hair care like(Shampoo,Conditioners, Creams,Eye Mask, Face Wash, Face Care/Fairness Products, Fresheners, Gels, Hair Care, Kajal, Lip Plumper/Stain, Blackhead/Makeup/Nail Paint Removers, Mascara, Nail Sanding Pad, Oils, Oral Hygiene Products, Serums,Sunscreen, Tanning Liquid and Toners etc.) are not eligible for return.

    3. Can items be returned after the time period mentioned on JaipurWala?
      No, JaipurWala will not be able to accept returns after the time period mentioned in the T&C.

    4. What are the checks done for an item that I'm returning?

      During pick-up, your product will be checked for the following conditions:-

      Name/ image/ brand/ serial number/ bar code should match and MRP tag should be intact and clearly visible.

      The product should not be Broken, Damaged, washed, stained. It should be in its original packing without any damage to the box or packing

      we can’t offer refunds for products if their tags,labels or seals have been tampered with – so be extra careful

    5. What are the modes of refund available after cancellation?

      Refund will be processed through bank transfer.

    6. Till what time I can return product?

      Product should be returned within 7 days after delivery. After 7 days return will not acceptable.
